Ellington Agricultural Center
Davidson Co.

This morning Mary Zimmerman and I birded Ellington and had some nice finds
plus two new birds for my 3-year old Ellington bird list, Philadelphia Vireo
and Wood Duck. The Wood Duck was feeding in a creek with some Mallards and
both were eating fallen osage oranges. There was also one leucistic Indigo
Bunting with lots of white on the crown and some on the upper parts. There
will
be an NTOS field trip to Ellington on October 11 at 7:00. All are welcome.
