Yesterday at Dunbar Cave State Park I heard then saw an Eastern Kingbird.
I also heard a pair of Barred Owls calling to one another.
Purple Martins were in good numbers at the visitor center (aprox 12) as well as
a Bluebird or two.
Sunday at Port Royal I witnessed a pair of Prothonotary Warblers checking out
one of my nest boxes (#10). I was quite surprised at how early they are.
The Cliff Swallows were in good numbers at the bridge battling with House
Sparrows which are trying to occupy last year's mud nests.
