Thanks for the help! I am now positive that I saw (& heard) a GREAT-CRESTED FLYCATCHER. I had to make sure as this is the first one I've gotten a good look at, and the first one I've seen by myself. I saw it on Monday afternoon, April 15th at my mom's house out by the "soon to be" Beaman state park. I also had a YELLOW WARBLER in the yard for the first time this afternoon. He was gleening insects from the leaves and bathing in the water (from my sprinkler) on the leaves of a small tree. Pretty good for an urban neighborhood!
