It dawned on me that everyone may not be familiar with TVA Allen Steam Plant
location, though most I'm sure are. This is the Ensley area, and the same
area at the EARTH complex.

The easiest way to get to this area is to take Exit 9 (Mallory) off of I-55,
go east on Mallory for one block, and then right on Riverport. After a
couple of miles you will come to Plant Rd., which takes you up to the Steam
Plant. Follow Plant Rd past the Allen Steam Plant and you will stay on the
upper levee from which the areas the Inca Dove has been seen are accessed.

Good Birding!!
