[TN-Bird] Kildeer nesting

I have a Kildeer that is nesting on our yard and has been sitting on 3 eggs for
about 3 or more weeks. I have flagged the nest so that we do not run over her
eggs with the mower. Another Killdeer that had been nesting has already
hatched her eggs and the little Killdeer are running around the yard. The one
who is still nesting is so faithful to continue to man her nest. My concern
is that the eggs are not going to hatch and she is sitting on empty eggs.
Could you give me advice on this sweet momma bird and should I just be patient?
Maybe it is none of my business and I let nature take it’s course.
Thank you.
