Nice bird indeed, Jason!  The last shrike I saw in Knox Co was also at 
Eastbridge, but that was about 20 years ago (ugh, I'm getting old) in the 
early 1990s.  Around that time, you could drive 11-W from Knoxville to 
Rutledge in winter and see up to 10 shrikes along the way.
