[TN-Bird] Merlin

As I was driving to work this morning, a bird of prey came flying slowly across 
Broad Street at the intersection with Medical Center Parkway
It was carrying a small bird it had taken, and landed on top of a utility pole 
above Checkers restaurant
I thought initially it was a Peregrine, but when I managed to elude all the 
traffic and obtain a scope view, it turned out to be a female adult "Taiga" 
Merlin
When I drove away, it was busily plucking the feathers off it's breakfast
