[TN-Bird] Merlin

I have seen a Merlin twice in the same location in the past week.
It was perched in the large deciduous trees at the intersection of US 231 and
Jefferson Pike, just north of Murfreesboro, NE corner in the farmyard
surrounded
by the black wooden fence. It is the darkest I have ever seen (pacific race?)
There are still thousands of gulls at the nearby Middlepoint Landfill, another
rarity is sure to show up, but would be easy to overlook.
