[TN-Bird] Morning thrushes, Hamilton co.

I woke early and thought perhaps I might hear some of the morning thrushes
calling
from our deck. Traffic at that time of the morning was quite a distraction. I
heard
no thrushes calling starting from 0519 until 0730.
I did have a pair of Barred Owls calling. One woke me from my slumber as it
called
from a tree that overshadows the deck. It was so close I didn't won't to move
for
fear it would fly away. My wife, who was inside our den, heard the owl calling
and came
out to enjoy it before it flew off to join its companion. From so close, its
deep throated
vocalizations were the best I have ever heard this species.
