Sorry, my spring allergies have fried my brain and I left out an important
detail: This all occurred as I was crossing the railroad tracks on Old Fort,
just west of Broad St.

Subject: [TN-Bird] Mystery large dark raptor, Murfreesboro
While driving down Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro today, I got a quick
glimpse of a crow harrassing a much larger raptor. About all I could tell was
that it was dark and soared with a bit of a dihedral and that it was about
twice the size of the crow. The general jizz of the bird didn't really look
like a Golden Eagle, but it seems odd that a crow would be harassing a vulture.
(Plus, it seemed bigger than a vulture.)
