[TN-Bird] UTPSF off limits

Not to scold, but...

As a reminder, unfortunately the UT Plant Science Farm is strictly off limits 
to the public, including birders.  Trespassers will likely be met by the UT 
Police.  This is an excellent area for birds, but is now off limits.

KTOS has a VERY tenuous agreement with UT to allow access to a small number of 
pre-authorized visitors for three bird counts (Knox Co Spring and Fall Counts 
and Knoxville CBC).  PLEASE do not trespass at UTPSF as this will certainly 
result in KTOS loosing those privileges.
