Saturday, April 12 - Bon Aqua Woods State Natural Area and Natchez Trace Pkwy John Noel will follow up on his March NTOS program by leading us at Bon Aqua Woods in Hickman Co., a 35 acre old growth forest that was saved recently from being cut down. There are some trees there dating back 300-400 years, and a new, dirt loop trail has just been built. After that Susan Hollyday will lead us along the Natchez Trace Pkwy, stopping at a few spots to bird and birding a short trail. Migration should be well under way by this date. Meet at the Warner Park Nature Center parking lot on Hwy 100 at 7:00. This may last just the morning, but bring a lunch and we'll eat along the Trace. **************Planning your summer road trip?
