[TN-Bird] Nighthawks in Jefferson County

Adding to the CONI spottings: On an evening walk with my family, a small
group of 6 Common Nighthawks passed over Carson-Newman's campus in
Jefferson City. We also had the pleasure of watching a Cooper's Hawk and
Northern Harrier dueling in and around the trees just off campus and over a
field adjacent - both very vocal.
