[TN-Bird] Pacific Loon- #2 12/13/03

While covering the Paris Landing portion of the Pace Point CBC (trial run), 
Roseanna Denton spotted a Pacific Loon at Eagle Camp.  It was an adult bird 
located directly across from the boat ramp.  We were fortunate enough to have a 
few moments of good light to enjoy the bird resting and preening in the 
protected bay.
Thanks Mike for the calls about the Red-necked Grebe and Pacific Loon #1.  
Roseanna and I were too busy counting Juncos to leave our designated area!  We 
were able to stop drooling when we were rewarded Pacific Loon #2.
The KY birders had fun spending time in TN, Vermilion Flycatcher and Pacific 
Loon!
