I too went to a few spots around Percy Priest Lake this morning and saw
very little. The only birds I saw at Couchville Lake was one Pied-billed
Grebe and one Ring-billed Gull. However, at Poole Knobs Rec Area there was
more bird activity including a lone Ross's Goose mixed in with Canada Geese
and a White Pelican flew over. I thought I heard a Sandhill Crane but did
not see any.
