Yes, thanks, Margie, for an awesome state bird/TN year bird! In addition to 
Stephen's list, there were also two female Blue-winged Teal with the group of 
Mallards.

Drove down to Dickson, TN to see the Piping Plover reported 
yesterday.  Found the bird. Lifer!!! 

Birds seen 

Piping Plover 
Solitary Sandpipers 
Spotted Sandpipers 
Least Sandpipers 
Green Heron 
Killdeer 


Bird was still there at 10 am when I left. It seems to be hanging out in 
the Northwest cove near the baseball  fields.  You can walk down past 
and behind the tennis courts and scope from there. You can cross the wooden 
bridge and walk in the field behind the baseball fields and see it from there. 
When you turn off 70 you can pull over on the shoulder and see the bird with a 
scope from there.
