[TN-Bird] Possible Black-Chinned Hummingbird

The possible Black-Chinned Hummingbird is still at my feeder in the backyard. 
Dev Joslin came from Rutledge this morning, and saw the bird several times at 
the feeder. 
Anyone is still welcome to come and see the bird.
