And the story continues:

Jeff Wilson had the Vermilion again this afternoon from 3:30 until 4:30.
He arrived back in the area at 3:00, and the bird dropped in from high
in the sky, coming from the east. Where Jeff had the bird both times he
saw it, was a little north of where Ken had his sighting. With Jeff, the
bird was using the same fence that has been posted about, but north of
the dogleg in the fence, all the way up to the campground area, and in
fact in the campground area as well. The time that Jeff had the bird
this afternoon, it was being constantly harassed by a Loggerhead Shrike.
When the Flycatcher left, it went straight up in the air and headed
East, basically in the same fashion that it arrived this afternoon.
Hopefully the Shrike can tide itself over without resorting to eating
our guest!

Jeff wanted to get a word of thanks out to Bud and Alice Johnson, for
finding yet another great bird for us this fall/winter!

Good birding!!
