[TN-Bird] Purple Martins arrive in Gibson County

March 3-4
Mt. Orange community (3 miles west of Trenton)
Gibson County
I arrived home from work yesterday afternoon to see the first male Purple 
Martin 
of the season sitting up on top of the old TV antennae tower. I looked out this 
morning and there were 3 males sitting up on the gourd racks.

Also yesterday I had a Loggerhead Shrike on Hwy. 88 just south of Alamo in 
Crockett County.
