Yesterday, the Wednesday group scouted the area for the upcoming hike. We should have some good birds if things hold. Pelicans, sandhills, geese by the thousands, ducks, Brewer's and Rusty blackbirds plus lots of other land birds were active. We will meet at the Arkabutla Dam parking lot on the south side where the "Comfort Station" (They call things right in Mississippi.) is located. We hope to see you there at 8 am.
