**TOS Fall Meeting and Symposium -- Oct 12-14, 2012**
After twice not seeing the Scissor-tailed Flycatcher following my posting 2 1/2
weeks ago, today I saw not one but two birds. One was in the same exact area as
before, across the road from the entrance to Highland Crest College; the other
was maybe a quarter-mile away perched on a fence alongside Batson Blvd. Having
had three sightings over the span of a month, and now having confirmed that two
birds are present, I'm wondering if perhaps they nested or attempted to nest.
