The Say’s Phoebe was present ~10:00 a.m. today, Feb 12. While I was there
looking for it, Alan Troyer on his own search pattern found it in a patch of
grass across from the maintenance equipment sheds, on the south side of Smythe
Farm Rd. It was very blustery, the bird stayed low on the grass, except to fly
up & perch in a concrete manhole structure there.
I DID NOT relocate it going back through the area about an hour later.
