A decision was made today by the Department of Environment and

will be closed beginning tomorrow, April 4th thru at least April 14th.”
This move supports Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Order 23. This is a
complete closure not only of facilities but also access to the Parks.
It was not stated but my ‘assumption’ and direct observation is that
people were not practicing the CDC guidelines of social distancing and in
order to ‘flatten the curve’ it became necessary to close them. Hopefully
they will open up again before spring migration is over.
Be safe and be well…
Cheers!
