Rhea County, east Tennessee

Ed Manous of Knoxville asked me to report this sighting.
While driving yesterday, August 17, along Highway 27 about 1/2 mile south of
Rhea County High School he looked up to see a SWALLOW-TAILED KITE.

Hope others can get over that way and find it again.

Rhea County is about half way between Knoxville and Chattanooga.

Knoxville, TN
