I observed one of the immature tricolored herons in Pool 1 about 100 yards
down the levee past the pump station. Thanks for the post Ruben. It is
a life bird for me. Didn't really have time to search for anything else.
Kicked the pump on one last time so fresh mudflats for shorebirds should be
exposed my the morning.
