Betty and I just got back in from Reelfoot. I was not able to get up there
until nearly 1:00. After driving the road around the Airpark, we
concentrated on the area where the bird was seen yesterday by the Johnsons.
We found it there again on the west side of the road between the ditch that
runs along the Park Ranger's Home and where the fence begins just south of
the runway clear area. It flew between the trees in this area staying less
than halfway up most of the time. There are two trees on the east side of
the road just across from the fence and airport clear area and he was back
and forth in these trees often.

The Vermillion Flycatcher that we had in 1968 was found in the trees around
what is now the Airpark Inn. We first saw it around noon on November 23 and
was seen by many observers up into the second week in December. Maybe this
one will do the same.
