Ed,  I didn't even notice the lack of a signature but recognized Bates, E.   I 
opened the link yesterday and it appears to be legitimate.  Don't think it's

Everything "green" is not necessarily "sustainable."  Accommodating solar 
panels comes with "eco-costs."
