[TN-Bird] White Pelicans at Rankin Bottoms

I had a big disappointment at Rankin Bottoms yesterday in seeing the water 
level so high and no wadding birds, BUT I did have a lifer along with Shirley 
Price in seeing three white pelicans!  It was a wonderful site!  It was well 
worth the trip!
