Sparrow and grassland bird count low, little cover of suitable habitat. No Hermit Thrush, unusual. Nesting birds: Mourning Dove, Red-bellied Woodpecker, Eastern Phoebe. Birds with young: Pied-billed Grebe, Blue-winged Teal. Excellent views of many warblers and Warbling Vireo. Raptor count low. No Loons.
