8-18-2014 Radnor Lake Davidson Co I saw a Yellow-throated Warbler at Radnor this morning which I hadn't seen there since Spring. Also, two Yellow Warblers, Summer Tanager, White-eyed Vireo, two Great Crested Flycatchers, two Pewees, Gnatcatcher, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Kingbird, Bluebird -- all at the spillway area by the ranger house. The Great Cresteds were plucking small, white fruit off a tree while hovering. I also heard a Red-headed Woodpecker across the lake from the east end of the road. And a beaver was seen yesterday by somebody else. Jan Shaw Nashville, TN
