Lake elevation: 984.1 ft; viewing from shore will keep improving through the
week
Don Miller reported 7 Buff-breasted Sandpipers here in the A.M. When we
arrived, Darrell Wilder commented that he hadn't seen any, nor did we later
on. We did see Least Sandpipers and Caspian Terns (which weren't on Don's
list), plus all the other shorebirds & waterfowl species that he listed. Forty
more Blue-winged Teal flew in at sunset; Pelican still present.
