Looks like the 1541C drive has a larger ROM chip. Will have to re-read the
documentation again, but I don't recall seeing anything about that.
I've installed it into my 1541 drive.
Will see if I have another working V4 motherboard somewhere.

Jim,

I finally have gotten to trying to install the JiffyDos chips I got from you,
but I have a problem.

I have one chip labelled 1541 DOS which is a 24 pin and the socket on my 1541C
drive is 28 pin. Then I have. Another chip that is a 28 pin with no label and
that's not a match for a non V4 motherboard on my C64C.

The 1541 chip board has 2364 written on it.
The other chip board has 23128-23512.

My understanding is the 1541 chips should be all the same yes? Why is it the
wrong size?
Or should the labels have been swapped out?

Also the 1541 chip has the wires soldered to pins 1 and 8.

The other board has them wired to 1 and 2.

So which chip is which and do I have the right set?
