Ya! Thanks to a suggestion from Leif, I fixed my capitals problem... sorry for 
all the shouting ;-)
I was using the "new" Rogers Yahoo Webmail interface. Looked in the prefs but 
no luck... had to switch to "classic" interface, where the proper option showed 
up. For the life of me I don't know how it got set to all uppercase... I'll 
blame whomever set up my initial Rogers account... ;-)
