I realize last minute plans come issues etcetera can change that but at the outset that we even know if he's able to make it. It would be nice to avoid the issues we had last year when everything was done last minute and a rush order was shipped out. Obviously if he's there in person that frustration can be avoided but I would prefer definitely not to wait until five days before, LOL.
