So the official WOC site has been updated, but it doesn't actually answer the question at hand because instead of just having last year's date, now it says TBD. Not to twist the screws unduly here, but we're still at my original question--do you think you'll have this worked out before ECCC, and will you take into consideration that you'll get less American turnout if you pick November 29?
The approach I've taken with ECCC is to simply re-up with the facility as soon as possible after it ends. Makes things easier for the following year, and also doesn't give them time to mull raising their prices.
For the record, although I did get a newsletter over the summer, I didn't really pay a lot of attention to it. I think most people expect websites to provide the authoritative info on matters like this.
