you did read a message from me on Greg's behalf - WoC 2008 is on Dec 6,
2008.
Any further discussions relate to future WoCs

A final decision needs to be made with no flip / flop and then move
forward with plans.

will be forth coming from September meeting and provide that date for
announcement.
