Hi Jim;

It just comes up flashing green, and when I try to access it then it reports devivce not present.

I reassembled the origonal cable the way it was and all pins test fine for continuity.

I must have really screwed something up. I connected
directly to IEC bus, powered the device up and all I got was
the green light on the uIEC flashing on and off, when I try
to access the device, I get "Device not present" error. Other things on the bus seem to work fine. Anyone have any
ideas? Have I fried my uIEC?

I doubt it. That it is flashing tells me that it's doing something.

A couple questions:

* Does it come up flashing green? Or does it flash green when you try to access it? * Can you take a picture of the mod and send me it and a text description of the wiring?

I'm sure we can sort it out.

Jim
