Check out the second of our two-part series featuring a few of the dynamic
young birders who have both volunteer and worked as summer field
technicians for the VABBA2 project. This week's featured techs are in the
field as we speak working on remote areas of the southwestern
mountain-valley and western Piedmont. Here is a little teaser for their
story...
Andrew Rapp and Logan Anderson met at the Blue Ridge Young Birders Club as
teenagers. Last spring, the college-aged friends spent two months camping
in southwest Virginia and working as field techs for the groundbreaking
Virginia Breeding Bird Point-Count, a VABBA2 sister project.
