The day started with a beautiful male Am. Redstart observed from the window,
while I was trying to wolf down some breakfast, so I could get outside more
quickly to see what Mother Nature had brought me. A Black-throated Green came
next, then a couple of Tennessees. I heard my FOS Swainson's Thrush nearby. It
was soon followed by a Summer Tanager, then a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. Indigo
Buntings, a Gray Catbird and Scarlet Tanagers were also in the mix.
