VA BIRDers,
From about 230 to 4pm (when we left) Ed Eder and I noted a hatch year Am.
Golden Plover on the mudflats of Hunting Cr. First viewed from the northern
portion of the picnic area, we also found it from the Stone Bridge, near the
rightmost spatterdock patch.
Mid-afternoon birding at this location was rather good and the breakdown
follows.
