Hello everyone,
Peggy Lyons and I went to the 3 Amherst lakes this morning 10-26-08 to
see what was there. We ended up with 37 species. Highlights were:
Palm Warblers- 2
Ring-billed Duck
Ruddy Duck
Blue-winged Teal- 2 female
Bald Eagle- 1 adult
Great Egret- 1 late sighting for the Lynchburg area at Thrashers Lake
