Lynda and I spent the day on the eastern shore with the afternoon at
Chincoteague. We had a good day with some gorgeous loons at Kiptopeke,
then we had the Common Gallinule at Lake Foster in Cape Charles, and we
got the Eurasian Widgeon at Chincoteague. The highlight for me though
was an American Woodcock. It was in the driveway of the employee
entrance to the Bateman Center....beauty of a bird. We both took a ton
of pics and should have them up tomorrow.
