Elisa Enders joined me this afternoon as we observed 2 Arctic Terns foraging in
the ocean off the south jetty of Rudee Inlet in Virginia Beach from approx.
6:30-7:00 pm. Thanks to Andrew Baldelli for finding these birds and getting
the word out! Also, a foraging Nighthawk was very visible over the
intersection of London and Effingham St. in Portsmouth this evening around 8
