Aug, 21. 7:30 to 7:45am
Black Terns continue off Hunting Creek Bridge, and mostly a little south of the
Bridge.
They are feeding flying back and forth, making it difficult to get an
accurate count from my observation point.
Counted 10 or 11 for sure, and maybe as many as 16 birds.

It's about 4:30pm, and I am watching what I believe are 5 Black Terns as seen
from the Hunting Creek Bridge in Alexandria in the middle of the river looking
toward the Ferris wheel. All of the birds have all dark wings and back,with
one bird having a dark belly. Never plunge-diving like the Forster's Terns on
the river.
