Coo-coo-coo. Coo-coo-coo. I heard a Black-billed Cuckoo calling in the
backyard this afternoon. One shot from the bird pod and up he jumped into
plain view on a power line!! New Yard bird.
Other yard birds today included Baltimore Orioles, and Scarlet Tanager.
Yesterday Ruby-throated Hummingbird and Chimney Swifts twittering overhead.
I still have Pine Siskins in the yard.
One of the boxes on my bluebird trail has 3 ten day old chicks.
