[Va-bird] Bald Eagle in Bryan Park, Richmond

On June 7, 2014, there was a perched adult Bald Eagle in the north end of
the park. Since 1994, I have only seen eagles flying over Bryan Park so
this was exciting.

Cheyenne Trent spotted it and Sam Smith took photos of it. Two visitors
from Israel sat near the perched bird and got long looks at it. Thanks to
Kathy and Rex Springston for spreading the good news!
