[Va-bird] Bald Eagle near Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Hi,
I was pleasantly surprised to see an adult BALD EAGLE soaring at Dulles
International Airport (Dulles, VA) this morning around 11:30am.
I saw the bird while driving north on Sully Road (route 28) just before the
exit to McLearen road..
