Hi Birders,
I recently got in a gorgeous bird with a concussion that I'm trying to
definitively identify for my records. Bird recovered quickly in rehab and was
released, but I would like to know what it was.
I'm pretty sure it is a female tanager, but I'm not sure if it is a scarlet
tanager or a summer tanager.
Any guesses, anyone??? Here's 2 pics:
