A Cackling Goose and Ross's Geese were noted in the Snow Goose flock along
Turkey Island Road in eastern Henrico County. The Red-tailed Hawk (abieticola)
allowed close approach in Charles City County today. Tundra Swans were noted
along the James River near Jordan Point obviously downed by the inclement
weather.
