I birded today at various locations in Virginia beach , along the ocean I saw
small flocks of Scoters flying by , most of the groups were way out hard to ID.
I did manage to Id Surf and Black scoter .
I spent most of my time in First Landing SP. highlights included a Yellow
breasted Chat and a Vesper Sparrow . I saw many Myrtle Warblers , lots of Ruby
and Golden crowned kinglets .
Small groups of sparrows today just hard to pull out of bushes due to wind
White th sparrows , Junco's , and Field were most numerous.
At Lynn Haven Inlet I saw lots of Laughing gulls , 1 Bonapartes gull , 7 Royal
Tern , 1 Caspian Tern and 1 Sandwich Tern .
